t100 problem

I have samsung t100.
it diplays a message ( System failure contact provider )
what is the solution of this prob

Its sounds like the software has crashed, this means you will have to get your phone re-flashed, there are loads of people around that can re-flash a T100, if i cant do the phone myself i always use the fone fun shop - www.fonefunshop.co.uk they can re-flash most phones!
