nokia 7600...help!

Hi, new to site.
I've got a nokia 7600 which i had on 3 as a contract which as now expired which i unlocked a while back using the code calculator.
i have since noticed a problem with my phone with an O2 sim in it.
i have read on here that it needs to be 'flashed'??? what does this entail? rang a couple of nokia service centres and they were as helpful as a chocolate fireguard is useful.
where can i get my phone flashed and what do i ask for?

Go to any Nokia Service Centre and ask for a Software Upgrade, if the unit is out of warranty it will cost about £10, if it is in Warranty it will cost you nowt.

i rang 2 local ones to me and they say there was nothing they could do. very helpful...not, lol. will ring a different one in morning see if it's possible for them to do it

yeah went into one today and he said he could do it for wednesday if i left the phone with him. thats nearly 3 days without my phone!

Try the fone fun shop www.fonefunshop.co.uk they should be able to do it, and there very cheap.
