Hi, I got a Nokia 6310i on T-mobile. I tried to unlock it so I can use a Vodaphone sim in Australia. The phone says it is restricted and is asking for a restriction code.

Please can someone tell me what the restriction code is or how I can bypass it so I can use the Voda Sim.

I have tried so hard to unlock it and this is my last hope!
Any help would be kindly appreciated!

Jay.

try with techtron tools and a m-bus cable.

if phone in contact service - follow the instructions from techtron software

good luck:D

I tried with Techtron V.10 DCT4 unlocker. The phone went into test mode but never recovered. Message on Techtron said make sure phone is switched on as it's not repsonding.

Anything else you can think of would be a great help!!

i had these days 2 6310 with restriction code:

1 of them wat in contact service too.

both repaired with nokia dct4 tool by techtron.

the one in contact service with instructions from his software.
the other one just with unlock option.

phone on, f/mbus cable, press unlock - phone goes in test mode = reseting sp locks = all done.

but it is true that i have heard that techtron software in faulty in 6310 - sometimes u get lucky sometimes not....
