Before I get started, thanks in advance for all your help.
I recently bought an n 1100b in Nicaragua on a business trip and am struggling to unlock it. I'm 0 for 3 in attempts and rapidly running out of options.
The phone: Nokia 1100b RH-36
Carrier: Enitel (prepaid service, bought from provider operated kiosk)
MCC: 71021 (taken from online reference, no way of knowing if this is correct -- when I used it in NIC it displayed "Enitel GSM" on the screen)
Using both NFree 3.10 and DCT4 calculator v1.4 yielded the same (wrong) codes. Here's the NFree settings:
Nokia 1100b
NCC+MNC 71021
ASIC 2
V2
Box serial 33820
A well-meaning piece of advice led me to try "Griffin New" which changed the box serial to 34144 and, you guessed it, led me to code error #3.
Any advice on proper settings to use will be greatly appreciated. I've got two tries left!
