what version of your phone?(*#300# send)
if lessthen V5.69 U can unlock with westerna
if morethen V5.69 U can't unlock by westerna cause U'll get beep sound allway .U must use this soft (http://www.gsmhacker.com/Free/sw/Motorola/New%20T190%20unlock.zip) for unlock .but dangerous for beginer
