what problem when the siemens show (i) icon then the phone cannot make a call????

actually, it's a (!) icon.
it means that your phone got no signal. mostly caused by hardware malfunction (PA).
so it's impossible to make a call when there's no network coverage, isn't it ? ;)

If you don't have hot blower do not try anything! Just bring it in service:D
