6600 Sim Card not recognised - killed the wife's mobile!

I have a Nokia 6600 fw 4.09.1 NHL 10 locked to Vodafone UK.

After using NokiaFREE 3.10 I got the message "sim card not restricted:

Now the original Vodfone sim and the two O2 pay as you go all say "Sim Card Not Recognised--- HELP!"

try code 5, my bros 6600 said it was unlocked but wouldnt accept new sims, kept trying the codes again but got that very same message after i unlocked it

as soon as i put in code 5, said "restiction off" and worked
