Hi,
My Sister has purchased a Samsung SGH-T500 and she is unable to use it.
It says the phone can not be used on the network.
How can I unlock this as I downloaded the software from this site and it does not have the SGH-T500 listed so I tried the universal code and that did not work.
Help would be greatly appriciated.
