nokia 1100 & 2300 no display

hi there need help go 1100 & 2300 blank screens i changed the lcd's but it'sthe same. the phone just flickers lightly on the lcd. i tried flashing with the tornado box but no success. need help i heard the i need RBL files not sure what that is to repair the imei of the 1100 & 2300. help please... :-(

hi.. i flashed it with n box and ir works fine, i have done lot of phones.. try..best of luck.. ;-)
