Hi everyone,
Just got a Network Blocked (IMEI) handset with me and i need to change to IMEI number on it (didn't steal it, it was handed into me at my phone shop). I've downloaded the appropriate software and now i need to get a cable for the unlocking. I know USB cables will work, but i'd prefer to take the safer route and use a Serial or COM port cable for changing the IMEI (Samsung E700). Done a bit of reading and i need the Samsung s500 Serial Cable right..? Hard to find on ebay (they're all USB), however i'd appreciate it if you could have a look at the links below and tell me whether it's the right cable for changing the IMEI on the E700...

Many Thanxs Guys...!

So what the food like in jail down under!

Trust me mate, if i wanted your smart ass comments i'd ask for them. I know about the consequences of IMEI changing, they are the same as me riding my R6 at 276kph down the M1 highway. Both could see me in jail. But we all take risks, and the pursuit of knowledge is what i'm after. I've got a Nokia 9500, and getting a N70 when it gets released...! Do you seriously think i'm too cheapass to take out the money for a e700...? I think samsungs are crap anyway, i only like Symbian phones....

Now anyone with a decent answer to my question would be highly appreciated...!
