OK guys, I been looking either too hard or too long, can anyone sort me out? Also I have 810 cable for the e720 (its USB) is it the right cable?

I'm in the same position as you or was until fr33soft helped me out, have a look at:

I have the serial version of the e810 cable and am having some teething troubles with it. I have seen it stated in a couple of places that it is the right cable for the job (the 'pinout' is the same for the 2 models).

1. what firmware version do you want?
2. the usb cable is no good you'll need serial port with 9v power

OK guys, thanks for all your help, I simply purchased the Serial Cable and they also sent a software CD along with it - which had several tools including Flash, IMEI changing, DeBranding etc etc
