Help unlock TM150 Sharp

Help me guys on unlocking my cellphone Sharp TM150 IMEI:351689/00/054005/9.

I'm not familiar with unlocking a sharp cellphone, so if you can give me some advice on what kind a prog. do I need to unlock and where can I download this prog.

Also can it be unlock by code generating prog???

if you need to unlock your phone, you have to have a serial cable with power suply and 9v battery and i will provide you from where to load the software.
i got my cable off EBAY (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=35211&item=5787547827&rd=1 ) and it took less than a minute to unlock the phone
