Nokia 6260 Battery Life

Hi Everybody!
Just windering if there was a way to make my battery last longer in the above smartphone?
On standby, it will last 2 days?
These smartphones are new to me, so not sure if 2 days is good?
It uses Symbian software.

I've got fed up with this phone already, especialy the batteries !!!
