Problems unlocking Nokia 6230i

Hey people!

Tried to unlock my Nokia 6230i (software version v03.30, 2005-04-21) today, using the online calculator:

NETWORK: 23800 (Denmark: debitel)
PHONE TYPE: 6
BOX: 32821

I have tried code 1 and 7, without results.

Any ideas to what I can do now?

After you entered the code, did the phone say anything ??
If not i.e. the phone did nothing, you need to input SIM from some other network and try entering CODE again....

I got that "did not work" (same message, other words)...
When I put in another SIM, I type the PIN and then it says that it is locked. After that, I'm able to press an "unlock (something like that)"-button, which takes me to a text field. Should I try entering one of the codes in that?

yes, try entering code in that text box.
thats excatly what i Did.

Best thing to do is Search for 6230i in the forums. There is a POST by the name 6230i Unlock which has details on unlocking this handset.

Read through this post - its useful.

Hmm, tried inputting in the text field. Got the same error. 2 tries left :(
