Well, before we start, two advices:
1. Before posting, it's good to make a search on the forum. There's a thread dedicated to unlocking 1100, and there are a lot of threads explaining the process.
2. Read the FAQs, and read the stickys. With just that, you'd understand the process.
Now, let's go.
Type in your phone *#0000# and check what's on the display, and take a note on that. There should appear the RH version and the date. That is the firmware version of the phone, and the date of the fw. You must select from the dropdown menu the one that matches your RH version.
For the IMEI, type *#06#. There should be displayed the imei of the phone. Type it on the calc.
The network provider is a two part number, MCC + MNC. So, those fields will automatically be filled when you select the provider. The problem is the provider... and the serial.
You need to more things to calculate a working code. The provider network code, which, if it's not on the drop down menu, I think it could be a problem, since the main source for network codes, www.gsmworld.com, stopped showing the network codes.
For what I was able to find, Tele2 UK network code is not yet displayed, though it is already for Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, and other countries.
Maybe someone can give a hand here.
For the GEN (which means the same as box, boxserial, serial), there are a couple of options: some 1100 from UK lately have been unlocked using Original or ONE serials. I'd say those are two good chances.
If your firmware is '05, probably the correct serial number would be ONE. If it's nov/dec '04, and backwards, it will probably be Original.
Once you have all the data needed, calculate the codes.
Try first code one, and after that code seven.
Sorry I couldn't help you more on the network code.
And please, remember those two advices for the next one!
Enjoy your time here
Best regards
