SET630 keypad problem

I have a problem with my T630.
The keypad stops responding..... i must press many times the joystick key, for the keys to start work.
This problem started yesterday.... what is it a hardware or a software?
What should i doo

this has happened to me couple months back.easy solution=all i did was open the phone you,ll then see your keypad board.where this connects,remove completly clean up contacts isotopic alchol (crap at spelling).if u havn,t any use any purfume/aftershave (only on the actual keyboard contacts though),leave dry,2min,push firmly back into place.done.:)
