3310 no display afther changing the ccont.

this 3310 was a faulty set before, it cant be on, so i managed to repair the phone in good condition (it worked fine) but there is no display on the LCD, (i had replaced a new LCD as well, but still no display)
can anyone kindly tell me the solution of this problem???:mad: :mad:
