sorry for any ignorance if its on the forum somewhere, however i have looked,

maybe not hard enough.

however if it is possible for someone to upload it here or give me a link then it

would be greatly appreciated.

I'm totally new to this site, well, i've been here a week! just learning, and i'd say use the search function, and you'll find it somewhere, i've found absolutely everything i've needed so far without having to ask anyone, just takes a bit longer, but saves the guys with experience having to repost old stuff, hope that helps you pal, Pollux.
