3230 Help!!

i bought a 3230 recently and cannot get it to work properly.
when it is turned on it only goes on the internet, if you press the red button it quits out then loads back up again.
have tried factory reset.
have also tried to unlock it but i cant get the correct codes for it, have tried 4 times and dont want to try 5th time.
i bought a data cable, is there any software i can use to completely wipe the phone and start again?
its locked to orange btw.

now when i try to unlock it after i press the last hash it just goes back to the insert sim card screen, no error or confirmation.

To Unlock from Orang UK Network 234 33
ASIC PHONE TYPE 5
GEN 32821 (ASIC 6)

Try the first code ONCE you should get Phone Restriction Off

You may need to enter the 2nd or 5th code from the same list of codes not sure?

If you get code error when you type first code do not type further codes from same list as they will not work
