Legal usage of Sim Reader

all of us here have been using these sim readers to clone sim cards, (illegal stuff)... but i want to read the actuall data of sim card, ie phone numbers, sms, etc. i have made sim reader myself according to schematics by dejan,,, plz tell me which software i can use for this purpose,

i tried simedit 4.0 by http://www.compelson.com/simedit.htm but it says no reader found.

i have tried the simedit software but limited to change the pin number. You need to buy the softaware to edit the sms,phone book etc. but the software too expensive. Try to get other software.

Pls buy normal sim reader for window application (PNP)

Cradinal work fine with dejan sim-scan reader.
i never try Freeware Phonebook editor,so i dont know.
i can use the simedit4.0 with dejan sim-scan reader,but you need a PCSC smartcard reader driver,and a trick to install/configer the reader.
try to find the dumbmouse driver,i'm using it.
