gx25 shows **** pls help

hi, as above.
i was in process of unlocking my gx25 using furious and blutooth when my pc crashed........ :o
now when i turn my phone on, it comes up as ****
i can get to the diag screens by pushing 1 but not sure where to go from there.
my pc wont recognise the phone on blutooth anymore either
please advise if poss

Power on the phone so displays **** on the screen, Press 1 and top right key, Press 99 and top right key, press 3 and top right key. The phone may confirm to reset all settings, reset all setting and wait until the phone displays process complete/finished and press the top right key three times to power off phone.

then re power on phone and it should all be working ok.
