Programs to edit menu bars?

Can anyone please tell me which programs/software thst i need to edit the Battery&Signal bars?I've try to download g3ggo prgrmas but dunno wat problems,i can't open the programs.Someone please post the Zip file for me....Sorry i was so annoying.Please tell me to if there any other programs to do this.

click dots button - open flash

click bitmaps and have fun changing them :)

Sorry Silk,still need ur help.So sorry...I couln't understand well bout the Bitmaps,when i open the bitmaps,it is showing the "Fax"
bitmaps.Where is the bottom that u told me?Is that i need to increase the X and Y size?If yes what sizes?And what does it measn by "ID"?
Sorry man,i'm trying to play with it but i can't understand it,hoep u can help ma....sorry for annoying.

yes the id drop down box, click it and select diffent numbers - they are each different pictures in your flash :D
