6230i bug on *.wav?

Hi,

I have 6230i (v3.23) now, time for some music...

So I put in several *.wav files and got a bit disapointed.

Besides the fact it doesn't recognise 90%, I have a very nasty bug inside.

The phone does not seems to flush the preview buffer every time a new tone is selected.

Or it doesnot recognise the selected tone's ending correct.

It just keeps playing the old data after the newer selected tone has ended.
(when the old tone was longer as the new one)

Am I the only one who noticed this?

Do I need an upgrade?

Ps, I am looking for real specifications of the Nokia musical capabilities.

Just terms of polyphone or mp4 is not enough for guys like me, I would like bitrates, midi implementation charts, freq. modulation processor type, whatever...

If anyone seen such, please inform.

A colleague of mine has had two 6230i's, the second phone has V3.40 firmware however when she changes the ringtone (general profile) it is hit or miss wether the phone rings or not also in silent profile when she recieves a message the tone still plays out loud si this a bug anyone has noticed and is there any kind of fix for this .... :???:
