I have smartmouse/phoenix and Te-20 to read and program piccard
I use smartmouse/phoenix with KiExtractor1.0 program to read original simcard and use TE-20 to program piccard

I want to know about vp20
can it read sim with simscan or kiExtractor and program card with ICprog or winphoenix in one

yes,

it can read with sim_scan and write both eeprom and flash with icprog. It has a switch to choose between mouse mode (for eeprom) and ludipipo mode (flash).
