If it's a Nokia 6101b (RM-77) it can be. PM me your IMEI and network and I'll send you a code.

I just unlocked my first nokia 6102b from cingular. Here's the info I used that I picked up from these forums from a guy in canada. I used the nokia free unlocker again from this wonderfull site the coded by CRUX.

I changed the settings to "expert mode" I used ---USA---CINGULAR---ASIC 2---CHOSE "ORIGINAL" as the version because V2 didn't work.

I entered the 1 code the code on top not the 7th code. and I didn't put any sim card in the phone ....the phone had no sim card.

On my next post ill post the imei and the code i got. I am doing my second one.

I just bought a Nokia 6101 how do I tell if it a 6101 a or b and whether it is DCT 3 or 4 etc. I would like to eventually be able to unlock it.

Below the battery it will say Nokia 6101 then whatever type it is. Nokia 6101 is Dct-4.
