here is the complete guide to unlocking your 6630 or 6680.....

i have been reading around nokiafree and noticed the fallowing

read very carefully....
1 your phone is locked to its service provider
2 you need to get the code from your service provider
3 you can't generate a code for your phone
4 phone can't be unlocked without code from its service provider
5 no one can help you to unlock your phone (escept service provider)
6 no dct3/4 code generator can calculate your unlock code
7 don't ask for unlock code for your phone
8 don't post your imei on a thread
9 you will hardlock your phone if you enter in the wrong code 3 times
10 you can't unlock your phone without the code from your service provider

Dear. Mr./Ms. Alexandria,

I'm sure mr. tlachta didn't mean to be aggressive, and was beeing just humorous, in a certainly sarcastic way. I'd ask you to take things with a little more humour please.

Lately there have been a lot of code requests on the 6630 & 6680 thread, so taking the issue with a little humour I think it's a good idea.

Let's keep this on the good side and not be aggressive in the community.

Ok, right now we all know it is not possible to unlock Nokia 6630.
Question is, do you think anyone will break the codes soon let´s say, in a few months, before the end of the year), or should I think about selling the phone and look for a new one?

well, i don't have "inside" information but why would Vodafone and other providers sell such an advanced phone for such a low price ??? ;)

Although this is my first post i've been a visitor here for some time. I understand that nokia 6680's can only be unlocked by the network providers - could someone confirm that they've managed to get an unlocking code provided to them for one of these phones as i'm currently in dialogue with 3 in the uk who say that they've not had the codes issued to them by nokia. I personally don't believe this and am currently looking at making a complaint to Ofcom - however just wanted to be absolutely sure that the codes can be provided before going any further.

Hope this doesn't seem like a pointless post - i have to say that 3 customer services are the most incompetant shower i've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Should i manage to get this resolved and obtain a code i will of course post it in the appropriate thread.
