Sony Ericsson Z500 unlocking

Hello,

I tried unlocking Sony Ericsson Z500 using SEMCTOOL 2.2 (cracked) but the soft says: error 300105.

What does it mean?

Any ideas please?

just download the version 3.3 in the software section on this forum, just use a regular T28 unlock serial cable. When you open the software in the right corner select T28 cable, then the com port (normally COM1) and set the speed to 115200. In the drop down model list, select Z500, then select Unlock in the checkbox. When cable is connected and phone is OFF, select Do Job and press ON buton on the phone for 2 seconds, it should start uploading GDFS, and since it is a 2 step operation, the software is going to ask you to turn ON again, and will tell you: Operation Successfully Completed.

Important: PHONE HAS TO BE FULLY CHARGED :D
