6230 gallery problems

Hi
A friend has a 6230,he can not save anything in to the gallery,it is just showing empty all the time,pics/video.
Does anyone know if there is a way round this problem?

you can try and full format the fone with a code..
do a search... :p
sometimes it works..
but mostly its a fault with the main memory chip..
needs replacing..
ive updated many with new software, and it dont fix the problem.
you can try sending it to a nokia service centre..
should be free since its a common problem...

you can set the option to save to the memory card, it will work for now.
but it wount solve the prob with the phone. :sad:

If U also have problems opening camera..this is a hardware problem..U need to change NAND flash chip..and reflash the phone..
