This script will add a new date settings menu which will let you display the date in the standby screen.

You can also add you original date settings to the script by adding it through NokiX Parameters Field. If you do not enter the 5e0, you will have to set the date by the old date settings menu.

Your new menu layout will look like so...

MENU::::::

Show Date
Set Date (Will only appear if you entered your Date Settings 5E0 id in the parameters field)
Format
Seperator

I have tested this on the 3310, 3330 & the 8210 but should work on most.
Thanks goes to Spaceimpact33 for the help.

Very nice job. I see you've reversed some new UI messages (you catch them in 5E0/1)?

It was spaceimapct33 who found the UI message.

Hi all,

Well i tried this script on 3330 and there are some problem.
The problems are
1.i'm not able to modify the type of date, and the char between the numbers. could someone tell me that why not?
2. should this script works immediate when i see the main screen? on 3310 i look the date allways while on 3330 just about after 5 sec.

thx

Not sure on the first but the second is caused by the arg used to display the date. It is different on some models so some will have a delay some wont.

As for the other bug when calling I found this just the other days so will post a fix soon.

hi,

i just patch this script last sunday with my 3315, i noticed that my signal is droping from 7 down to 3 after 5 minutes, and still thesame after two days of using, so i decide to patch back my other version without this and my phone is now back to normal.

is it a bug? btw i got this script from nokix archive. thnx.
