Nokia 2600 Virgin UK - Help needed

I am a new member though I was following your discussions for sometime.

I want to unlock a Nokia 2600 from Virgin for a friend of mine. Although I searched your forum I couldn't figure out exactly what settings are needed. Could you please tell me

which network (Virgin or Virgin special)
ASIC settings
Box serial

I'd say the best option are:

Virgin special
asic2
serial Original

try code 1

if it does not work, post again, as Virgin uses a special serial, but I don't know if it's used on the 2600 (it has been tried on 1100).

For Virgin Uk try virgin specialcode:
MCC+MNC : 23400001
Asic 2
Serial box : 32811, yes ending with eleven

Enter code 7

I managed to unlocked the Nokia 2600 Virgin (UK) phone with the settings provided by Gieffel. Also thanks to Edge as well.

So the settings are
Virgin specialcode (MCC+MNC : 23400001)
Asic 2
Serial box : 32811
