try to flash first, if not respond try to heat all the parts but put flux on it try to shock the ic and then flash it. mcu and cnt.try it :o

before you try flashing it!!
you should open the phone, and look at the charginging block... :-o :-o

look for dry joints, and liquid damage..

clean and touch joints with soldering iron...

some times the charging block connectors break, sou you would need to replace it...
