Nokia 3120 on UK O2 unlock help

I have a new 3120 on UK O2 (Cellnet), software version:

V 06.11
17-05-05
RH-19

I have tried V2 (33820) and Original (32779) with code +1 & +7.

Code error on all four tries, so only one go left!

Any ideas? :-?
