Downloads

I keep being asked to log-in on the downloads page. I am logged-in, until I get to the download page. When i click log-in, I wind up back on the main page - logged-in, of course.
HELP! I just want to download.

I have a NEC21 that is not coming up at all. Pls. is there any software that can revive it? If there is any I'll appreciate if it can be mailed to my box [email protected]. Thankx.
