You need to get original nokia-phoenix files, find out which PPM file contains the language you want and then flash the apropriate (same version) MCU+PPM and PM files to the phone

I know that griffin software displays the languages available in a PPM file for some phones but i'm not sure how prodigy's works; have to test it yourself
