Nokia 7610 Questions

I bought a Cingular 7610B unlocked phone.
There is still Cingular software, I tried the *, 3, call and power and it did the formating. Its still crippled software.

Where can I get nokia 7610b firmware? (RH-52) (& what cable and software i need to flash the phone)

What is the maximum size mmc card I can put on the phone?

Can i disable the snap when taking a picture?

How do I force the phone to save new contacts to SIM and phone or just SIM?

How do I force the phone to save new contacts to SIM and phone or just SIM?
SIM memory is to slow ant to small for smartphone like 7610, it dosent use it at all, use built in phone book that use phone mem as storage memory..
