i have run the usr software to unlock my t610 using t28 cable(serial) it has allowed me to use a t-mobile card instead of orange but now I cant dial out or in (just get 3 tones) and it wont accept an o2, any ideas

Yes it is barred! U need to change IMEI number (but that is illegal)!!!!!

U will have to flash it first with an OTP disable flash.

where would u find this OTP Flash and what soft would I need?

Hi Mate. U Can Change Imei Using Ufs(tornado Or Twister).

You can do it with DIV for cheaper
