Nokia 6230 No Network Coverage HELP!

Hi i bought this phone off ebay and was happily using it until it says NO NETWORK COVERAGE one day. I was able to use it on At&T wireless previously, and now it says that. I did try blowing it with a hairdryer, it came back alive for a while but the keypad would mess up (as in eg. menu kept poppin up whenever i press a any button / numbers not registering). Then i tried cleaning keypad with cover and all removed. The keypad works fine again but now it's NO NETWORK COVERAGE again! This is driving me crazy as i just spend 150 bux purchasing it for less than 3 weeks. HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thx.

p/s: I'm a noob in terms of cellphone hardware.

Ok, I got the same problem. Also 6230. Try check the antenna connection.

yeah it sounds like water damage or something similar... try cleaning the antenna contacts as tulun suggested and while you are doing this you should open the phone and clean ANY sign or water damage from the board as water damage causes shorts and will spread... let us all know how you get on!!
