is the 6280 a DCT4? if not, where is a suitable place to talk about it? anyone know about release dates for australia?

Is there still no information as to whether and how the 6280 can be unlocked? Mines arriving on Tuesday as an upgrade and its going straight on Ebay... so unlocking would be v helpful,
