Hi,

I have a samsung e700 which works fine on Vodafone and O2. It wont work on Orange or T-Mobile. It just says limited service or searching. I can get a signal, it just wont let me call out as it has a handset symbol that has been struck through. To check if it was blocked, i changed the IMEI and that made no difference. It isnt the SIM cards either, as they work perfectly in other phones. what can i do?

Sounds like some sort of software problem preventing the 1800 Mhz networks (like Orange and T-Mobile) from working, although the 900 Mhz networks like O2 and Voda are unaffected. I don't think the phone's blocked in any way though :)

so how would I go about fixing this? I have a data cable. I just need the flash files and software, if anyone could help, it would be much appreciated.
