The phone already UNLOCked but i can't use for Internet with Cingular, Cos DATA Locked to T-Zone

you have to ask your provider to send you an SMS with the configuration settings that will automatically update

and you've been warned not to post your IMEI and you still do it :x

T-Mobile USA often use a custom flash in which the GPRS settings cannot be changed if this is the case then you would need to flash the phone with a standard (non-customised) firmware, this can be done in any Nokia service center. :-o
