bad flash

HI HAVE JUST HAD SOMEBODY flash my samsung D500 to debrand it.I had already unlocked it myself wifh clip and it was fine!Now its been flashed it will not accept original contract sim card or sim from any phone (i have quite a few) It says emergency calls only ,will not accept incoming calls, phone book has gone ,all memory has gone whichever sim you put in.Sim works perfectly well in other phones and has all memory again,phonebook etc.Any ideas anyone

memory should be clear after flashing anyway, try unlocking it again!? maybe the sim locks werent written correctly during flash?? unlock it try it again then let us know what happens!!!
