Has anybody successfully unlocked a Nokia 6060 and what GEN and Asic have u used.

Any ideas's ??? :eek:

-UK/USA: code 1, or code 5
-Rest of the mortals: code seven should do the job

Hi Ggonzo,
how did you figure out the GEN for the phone. I got one yesterday in ireland and im not sure which gen setting to use?
When i put *#0000# the firmware version date is 7/9/05. Is this related to the GEN to use??

Just to let you know I got it to work using ASIC2 and GEN Original as stated above using code #1 for the Meteor network in ireland!

Just a FYI

Bought the nokia 6060...from the Meteor network in Ireland
Settings I used for the Nokia Dct4 online Calculator were as followed

Network:Meteor
GEN:Original
Nokia Model:ASIC 2

Which is this in Unlocking talk below

NETWORK: 27203
PHONE TYPE: 2
BOX: 32779

Used the first Code..Worked for me stright away
