use the any file explorer software like seleq or fexplorer and go to c:/system n scroll down for the file named "mmcstore" ..... just send that file to your computer and open that file with the notepad ... ur password will be there.

My mmc is just useless now. Is there no other way of fixing this?

Or find a local repair place that uses JAF flasher - it can reset passwords on mmc

JAF erases all data on mmc and is quite expensive to buy.
If your not bothered about the data stored on you mmc just format it

Thats why i said take it somewhere that uses JAF - not go and buy a £150 box for one job!!

I think you will find that u cant format the card while it is password protected, not even on a PC, unless someone knows of an application that can do this?
