change imei with bluetooth on k700

Hey, Ive been trying ages to change the imei no# on a sony ericsson k700i, i havnt found a good aplication able to do it yet. i have a usb cable and a bluetooth usb dongle that can emulate a serial port (COM port) so that may help.
please help Me :???:

Hi - I have 2 cables (T28 & T68 ) but still can't do it??? anyone help me and tell me where I'm going wrong?? :-D
