3315 no alarm when charging

Hi,
A friends fone (3310) had a minor problem, when on charge the message alert tones would not sound. I recently upgraded his fone to 3315. Now the alarm function will also not sound when the fone is on charge. Otherwise the fone works perfect, I have used the same flash file and procedure to upgrade approx 10 other 3310's to 3315 with no problem, is this a hardware issue ? any suggestions welcome.

Hi morr

Check your fone if warning tones is on off. If off turn it on then restart and try to charge if the alarm function will sound.
