Hi,

I've recently bought a 3510i dualmode cable from logomanager.co.uk, in a vain attempt to unlock the network locks (since the code attempts were used up by a previous owner).

However, I can't get NokTools 1.9 to find the phone, and I'm not entirely sure why. LogoManager, however, does work.

Anyone know of a newer NokTool version, or why this might not be working?

Any and all assistance would be appreciated.

The problem being that NokTool is for DCT-3 phones & yours is a DCT-4 phone its not going to work.

Ah, that would be it. Know of any DCT-4 cable-only unlockers that work? (I doubt I can shell out for a flash box, although the shady blokes down the market would work).

Not really the ones that are free were for the early DCT-4 phones (8310, 6310 etc) & only worked up to a certain firmware version. Because someone managed to crack the code for the code unlocking system these weren't developed further.

Looks like your going to have to go down to the market.
