how do you unlock s40?

friends, i've got this siemens s40 from my dad abroad he told me that this unit uses singular as its network provider. i've been searching through a lot of malls lately to find anyone who can unlok this phone. ive got this s40 unlocking software but a friend of mine told me that you can bypass this cabling stuff and enter a specific code to deactivate this sp lock please help:(

If the account is still active in which the s40 was connected you can call them and they will give you the code... Otherwise use the software.
