The problem is the serial you are using. V2 has been blacklisted since approximately mid '04, and Griffin more or less on the same date.
The most secure serials right now are Original, Asic6 (not the asic type, there is a serial denominated Asic6) and ONE.
As this is your last chance, I'd go with serial ONE (32836).
As for which code to use, other users reported code +1 and code +5. If those two are successfully used, just as security measure input also code 7, which should unlock any other lock.
Maybe other users with more experience with Orange UK can correct me.

Orange UK always close locks 1 and 2, so use either code +5# or +7#

i have been reading other 1100 unlock problems and see you may require more info.Lock codes used [codes removed] my imei also starts with 355.I would print full imei but found that some people for reasons unknown seem to get very upset when you do,anyway any more info needed please ask as this will be last chance i get to unlock phone.Thankyou in advance G
Mr. glowie... "some people sem to be very upset". Some people are the community, and we can get upset because we don't want user's imeis get reprogrammed in other phones as mr. subway's perfectly explained to you. That's why we don't allow neither imei posting or code requests.

You should use Asic type 2, GEN 32836, and I think 7th code should do the job.
Post results please.

Hi just some feedback on this one too.
For Orange UK,
Nokia 1100.
I used:
- Asic type 2,
- GEN 32836 (ONE)
- 7th code
-- Job done.
Best regards,
Darren.

I just tried the above for a Nokia 1100 rh-18 on Virgin PAYG and it also worked for me. Tried this with my last try after 4 attempts elsewhere and got the "Phone Restriction Off" message :-) Thanks
