What are MCU RAM and MCU e2prom?

I was using Noktools by Rolis 1.9 and wondered what are these 2 "things" that can be read and written with data cable.
Are they related to eeprom and in special way with IMEI?

no.

i believe those are used with I2C cables like the ones used to connect directly to the eeproms or other IC chips
