8250 No Network

Hey guys i just got this 8250 so i upgraded the flask to 5.06 did the usuall sp locks then faid and i have done many phones b4 but i think that this is hardware i looked and saw the only thing looked like the metal cover that protects the rf power apl has come un attached on 1 side has any one got information on what to look 4 and how to test it to see what the problem is
